Peanut candy blocks are commonly known as Peanut Brittle in Europe and the United States, Groundnut Chikki in India and South Asia, and also referred to as Peanut Candy or Peanut Bars in other regions. The main raw materials include high-quality peanuts, white granulated sugar, maltose, or glucose syrup. Small amounts of edible oil or flavoring may be added to adjust taste and texture.

Block Pressing Machine

7-Type Forming and Cutting Machine

Packaging Machine

Working Principle of the Peanut Candy Block Production Line
The semi-automatic production line works by first roasting peanuts in the roasting machine to remove moisture and enhance flavor. The block pressing machine compresses the mixture into semi-finished blocks, which are then cut into standard sizes by the cutting machine.
