How to Operate the Cashew Kernel Grader Machine
Pre-Startup Inspection
Before turning on the machine, check all transmission components and electrical circuits to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
Power On
Switch on the power and confirm that the drum rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
Feeding Process
Continuously pour the raw cashew kernels into the feed hopper. Adjust the feed gate to ensure the kernels enter the grading drum evenly.
The grading drum consists of three sections with mesh holes arranged from small to large. Below each section is a matching collection hopper. As the drum rotates, the kernels tumble inside: small kernels fall through the small holes first, while larger ones continue rolling forward to the next level, achieving size-based separation.
Graded Collection
Each outlet at the bottom of the drum corresponds to a different grade. Kernels are collected without mixing, ensuring clean and accurate classification.
Automatic Hole Cleaning
A cleaning brush roller rotates synchronously with the grading drum. Its hard bristles are designed to automatically insert into the sieve holes to clear blockages, ensuring continuous and efficient operation without clogging.
