50-200kg/h Semi-Automatic Peanut Candy Block Production Line
The semi-automatic peanut candy block production line is designed to process peanuts, walnuts, and other nuts into peanut candy blocks, nut candy blocks, and similar confectionery products. It is an efficient food processing solution suitable for batch production.
By controlling temperature, processing time, and mechanical operations, the line achieves semi-automatic production from roasting, peeling, and mixing to forming, cutting, and packaging. The complete line consists of a roasting machine, peanut peeling machine, jacketed kettle, mixer, block pressing machine, 7-type forming and cutting machine, and packaging machine. Different models can be configured based on capacity requirements, with outputs ranging from 50 to 200 kg per hour. Operation is simple and well-suited to small and medium-sized food processing businesses.
