Customer background
The customer runs a small peanut butter shop in the USA. He needed a peanut peeling machine to handle the peeling process, as manual peeling was too slow and could not meet the local demand for peanut butter. He required a fully automatic peanut peeler with a peeling capacity of 300 kg/h. The parts that touch the peanuts needed to be made of stainless steel, while the non-contact parts could be carbon steel.

We recommended the TZ-1 peanut peeling machine, with an output of 200–300 kg per hour. The food-contact parts are made of stainless steel, and the non-contact frame parts are made of carbon steel. After communication with the customer, we reached a cooperation agreement.
