The automatic peanut candy production line is a machine that produces peanut candy. The basic production steps are sugar boiling, raw material mixing, peanut candy molding, and packaging. This production line can make peanut candies, sesame candies, and melon seed candies, and the raw materials can be automatically matched without affecting the production process. The fully automated production line has high production efficiency and controllability.
This production line has a capacity of 300–400 kg/h. It includes a peanut roasting machine, peanut peeling machine, jacketed kettle, peanut mixer, chain-plate fully automatic block pressing and cutting machine, cooling conveyor, and packaging machine. All parts in contact with the peanuts are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, ensuring no contamination and easy cleaning.

Peanut Mixer
The mixer evenly combines boiled sugar with peanuts, keeping ingredients warm with double-layer heat preservation. Optional additions like sesame can be added. It holds about 50 kg per batch, has a stainless steel shell with PTFE lining, and includes a temperature monitor for consistent mixing.

每个厂家的花生糖都有不同的尺寸，更具体地说，有不同的长、宽、高。那么花生糖的高度是通过花生糖成型机压辊的高度来调节的，所以厂家可以自由设定。另外，输送带的宽度和切刀之间的距离控制着花生糖成型机的宽度和长度。工厂设计的输送带宽度为560mm。进行横切，一块花生糖就基本成型了。
如果您想用一台机器生产不同的花生糖，或者以后方便生产其他糖果，那么不用担心，这台机器可以改变花生糖的尺寸。花生糖的宽度由切刀的间距决定。如果想改变尺寸，只需更换不同的刀并配合横切刀和压辊的高度，就可以自由改变花生糖的尺寸。
