Working Principle of Peanut Peeler and Splitter
Raw peanuts must first be shelled and roasted before entering the peanut half-cutting machine for further processing. After the peanuts are fed into the machine, the internal rolling drum removes the red skin through friction, while the vacuum dust-removal system simultaneously extracts the peanut skins to keep the material clean. The peeled peanuts are then passed through the vibrating screen for precise separation. The vibrating screen naturally splits the peanuts into halves and effectively removes uncut kernels and germ particles. This enables continuous processing that integrates peeling, dust removal, and half-kernel separation, resulting in clean, uniform, and low-breakage peanut halves.
