The automatic peanut candy production line is a machine that produces peanut candy. The basic production steps are sugar boiling, raw material mixing, peanut candy molding, and packaging. This production line can make peanut candies, sesame candies, and melon seed candies, and the raw materials can be automatically matched without affecting the production process. The fully automated production line has high production efficiency and controllability.
This production line has a capacity of 300–400 kg/h. It includes a peanut roasting machine, peanut peeling machine, jacketed kettle, peanut mixer, chain-plate fully automatic block pressing and cutting machine, cooling conveyor, and packaging machine. All parts in contact with the peanuts are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, ensuring no contamination and easy cleaning.

Chain-Plate Fully Automatic Pressing & Cutting Machine
The peanut brittle molding machine is a machine that shapes mixed materials. The peanut forming machine includes three parts: rolling, forming, cutting, and cooling. Through these steps, the peanut candy is made into a block.


Cooling Conveyor
Cools the freshly pressed candy blocks to a suitable temperature for packaging, preventing deformation or sticking and ensuring a smooth, flat appearance.
